Meet Sharon Ginnetty

I’m Sharon Ginnetty, founder of Optimise Marketing, award-winning digital marketing consultant, Google Ads Partner, and proud Ambassador for National Women’s Enterprise Day 2025 for Wexford.

My marketing career began over 25 years ago and has taken me from managing an international distributor network across 40+ countries in the medical device sector to running my own consultancy here in Wexford. Along the way, I’ve:

  • Collaborated with Key Opinion Leaders, supported brand launches, and helped a firm list successfully on the UK Stock Exchange.

  • Used a career crossroads to upskill in digital marketing, driven by my belief in its power to transform how Irish businesses connect and grow.

In 2013, I founded Optimise Marketing to give SMEs a practical, digital-first consultancy: jargon-free, grounded in strategy, and focused on results that matter.
